We are delighted to offer special rates for Corporation and for Charities. We currently work with many fine companies in the area and many worthwhile charities .
Please check out our rates information below and contact us for a custom quote. Please note that although we have only provided rates for photography and videography but we can do much more such as graphics, multimedia, wide format printing, video streaming and broadcasting, projection systems, computer and laptop rentals, etc. We hope to work with you for all your needs and strive to provide reliability, creativity and long lasting commitments for everything we do. Corporate Rates: Valid from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Legal Work Days - Other times negotiable
Photography $350 for up to 3 hours, $100 per hour afterwards per photographer.
-Photography using professional equipment.
-Images posted onto our website for a minimum of 1 year.
-Low resolution images provided on CD-ROM same size as internet for ease of use and selection.
-Full size images provided on CD-ROM / DVD-ROM at 8 mega-pixel size.
-Limited usage rights for non-sale use up to poster prints, inter-company printed matter, internet display, newspaper or magazine advertisements.
-Credit for the images must be provided to www.studio25inc.com on all usage of images.
Videography $400 for up to 4 hours, $75 per hour afterwards per videographer.
-Videography using professional equipment
-Unedited master video provided on DVD and mini-DV.
-Video editing is $55 per hour, minimum 1 hour. (As a work estimate, 1 hour of raw video footage requires 4 to 5 hours of editing work).
-Limited usage rights of footage and can be used for any non-sale purpose as long as credit is given to www.studio25inc.com.
General Terms and Conditions
-Studio 25, Inc retains all rights to all works indefinitely and we retain the right to use them for any purpose at any time.
-On-location photo and video.
-Mailing, shipping and handling charges extra.
-Mileage $1.50 per mile one-way from our central NJ location.
-Tolls & parking extra unless provided.
-NJ sales tax collected for all sales
-Studio 25, Inc. Terms & Conditions also apply
Charitable Organization Rates: Valid at any time and based on our availability.
Photography $1.75 per image (digital) or $65 per roll (film) with no minimums.
-Photography using professional equipment.
-Professionally printed images provided size of 4x6 on luster paper.
-Images posted onto our website for a minimum of 1 year.
-Low resolution images provided on CD-ROM same size as internet for ease of use and selection.
-Images provided on CD-ROM 2 mega-pixel size.
-Limited usage rights for non-sale use up to 8x10 prints, inter-company printed matter, internet display, newspaper or magazine advertisements.
Videography $400 for up to 5 hours, $75 per hour afterwards per videographer.
